How It Works

Upload photos and a few details about the clothing, toys, or baby gear you’d like to sell.

2. We Review Everything
We’ll check the brands, condition, and overall quality of the items you submitted.

3. Receive Your Offer
Within 24–48 hours, we’ll send you a quote with both cash and store credit options. Store credit will always be a higher value than the cash offer.

4. Arrange Pickup
If you accept the quote, we’ll schedule a pickup time for your items.

5. Final Review
Once we receive the items, we’ll do a quick final check and confirm your quote within 12–24 hours.

A Few Things to Know

Items should match the photos and descriptions you submitted.

If anything differs significantly or doesn’t meet our quality standards, you’ll have two options:

  • We can return the items to you for a small return fee, or

  • You can choose to leave the items with us and we will donate them.

Items We Cannot Accept

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept:

  • Underwear

  • Car seats

  • Ripped, broken, or heavily damaged items
